Alexandra Frazier
Executive Director
Alexandra Frazier has been a transformative leader at the Valentine Foundation since 1996, bringing her visionary approach to advancing social change for women and girls. With over 28 years of experience, she has led the foundation with a focus on transparency, innovation, and impactful grantmaking, helping to create meaningful opportunities for women and girls throughout the region. Under her leadership, the foundation has set records in aligning its endowment with its mission, creating a model for mission-aligned investing and impact.
Alexandra’s commitment to empowering women extends beyond the foundation. In 2003, she founded Women Golfers Give Back (WGGB) to introduce women to the sport of golf, focusing on the Main Line region. Recognizing the lack of opportunities for female golfers, she joined forces with other enthusiasts to create a program that builds confidence and community through the game. Her contributions to the sport were recognized in 2023, when she was named the Pennsylvania Golf Association Women’s Super Senior Player of the Year.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Sociology, Alexandra is a gentle yet proactive leader, deeply dedicated to fostering equity and community-driven change. She is both an inspiring executive director and a true Valentine to the foundation’s mission and its work.
